Southwest Greens has recently celebrated a 15-year presence in the EMEA area — an achievement we are pleased with. From a “cowboy” beginning of adopting an artificial soccer grass field and calling it a tee box to designed solutions that play and look genuine — much has changed.
At Southwest Greens, we begin developing while keeping the end result in mind. We strive to produce artificial putting green turf that has the same aesthetic of genuine grass. The experience we are talking about is relating to ball behavior — more specifically — bounce, aim, and roll.
Bounce, aim, and roll speaks of the underlying technology behind our artificial putting green turf products. We refer to this project as “Science Behind The Surface,” and we review our artificial system against natural greensward via a playability assessment tool.
